Training for Instructional Coaches

An intensive coaching process that supports district-based or site-based instructional coaches in developing a long-term plan to fully implement a comprehensive coaching program at their school/district. Instructional coaches will both become experts in the best research-based strategies to improve instruction and understand the nuances of coaching teachers.
